BLT Sandwich
A classic sandwich made with white bread, bacon, lettuce, and tomato

- 2 slices white bread
- 1 tomato about 40 g, or 2 cherry tomatoes
- 2 leafs lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayo 40 g
- 4 slices bacon 65 g
- salt to taste
First cook the bacon slices. I recommend cooking them in a preheated 375F (190C) oven on a wire rack for 12-15 minutes.
In the meantime, slice the tomato and prepare lettuce leaves, remove the tougher part of the lettuce. Toast your white bread lightly.
To prepare the BLT sandwich, spread the mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the lettuce leaves on one of the slices, and the bacon on top. Put the tomato slices on the other bread.
Turn the slice with the tomato over on top of the other one, and the BLT is ready!
